Let’s Get Moving

When we are busy and during colder times of the year there is a tendency to be less active. This is not good! These are the times when you may find that your clothes are fitting too tight and you feel less energetic;). To combat this and other common health issues, you must keep moving as best as you can. “The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) say that ‘Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health,’ and everyone can benefit.” Walking is stated to be the best exercise. You should walk outdoors whenever you can, but indoor walking is also beneficial. Start off slowly and over time work up to as many steps as possible; 10,000 being an excellent overall goal. So why not pray and ask God what activity you should embrace and how to begin this new addition to your lifestyle? Then follow His will! You will never go wrong doing just that!
